A complete top to bottom rebuild from the footings to the roof. Only a half dozen original 2x4's remain allowing us to keep the grandfathered setbacks on this magnificent Mt Washington view home. This was a particularly challenging project as numerous city agencies restrict development in the area. Bringing the project to market in a timely manner required seamless interaction between engineering, architecture, neighborhood planning and LADBS.

This beautiful exterior/interior remodel featured a complete re-imagining of the backyard & hardscape coupled with interior updates that honored the mid century aesthetic, while still feeling contemporary.
5233 Hub St
This little gem was a complete gut job, down to the studs, walls were moved, spaces enlarged, finishes & systems updated resulting in a completely transformed interior space.
469 Snowcreek Rd
For this particular project, our investors long term hold strategy meant they wanted to offset holding costs via seasonal ski rentals. The unit was acquired, remodeled and placed on multi platform rental program. Currently the property grosses well over 6 figures annually.
